Q: How can you provide me with cover for my PC when I bought it elsewhere, some time ago?

Our policy is pretty simple: If it works, we can maintain it!

Any age or make of PC can be considered no matter the age, style or condition it is in

We cover most software related problems as well as all hardware issues

Our call out approach means you shouldn't have any additional costs* to worry about - ask us for details

Hardware repairs if required are charged at the cost of the parts - there is no extra charge for labour

You only have to pay for the parts you need!

Example Q1: You want more memory in your PC and ask us to provide it for you

A: All you have to do is pay for the part and we will install it free!

Example Q2: You are having a problem with your PC crashing randomly

A: All you have to do is pick up the phone and call PC Repairs or send an email

and we'll arrange to visit at a time to suit you, with no charge for our visit!

What Does it Cost?

We charge £ 75.00 per year, per PC for this service*

*replacement parts/software upgrades are not included in the annual charge. Maximum of 8 calls per year. Ask for our terms and conditions.
